1. Personal data

Whilst using our service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to:

  • Title;
  • First and Last Names;
  • Phone Number;
  • Address, Postal Code;
  • Gender; and
  • Biometric Data (such as saliva swab);
  • Date of Birth
  • Passport Number/ ID card reference number
  • NHS Number
  • Vaccination status
  • Ethnicity
  • Coach/flight/vessel number
  • Quarantine address
  • Dates on which you departed countries, countries through which you moved/ have previously transited through and date of arrival in the UK.

Please note third parties and other companies who form contracts with us to deliver your tests, such as your employees and companies you have engaged to perform our services, may also provide us your personal data with your consent.

2. Usage Data

Usage data is collected automatically when using the service.

Usage data may include information such as your devices’ Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access there service by or through a mobile device we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our service or when you access the service through or by a mobile device.

Use of and Purposes for Collecting your Personal Data

The company may use your personal data for the following purposes:

Sharing of Personal Information

Please note, we may share your personal information in the following situations:​

  • With Service Providers: We may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and analyse the use of our service to contact you.
  • With Affiliates; We may share your information with our affiliates in which case we will require those affiliates to honour this privacy policy.  Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or are under common control with us.
  • With associated parties; We may share your information with medical professionals who are contracted to the company, such as Doctors who sign Fit to Fly and Test to Release certificates. We will act as the Data Controller and them as a data sub-processor. Agreements will be in place to prevent your information being passed to third parties and will also describe retention rights. 

Legality (General Data Protection Regulation)

We will reserved the right to use your personal data wherever and whenever the law permits us. The lawful basis we rely on for processing this information includes;

(a) When we have a contractual obligation and need to perform the contract that we are about to enter into or have entered into with you;

(b) When we have a legal obligation or regulatory obligation and must comply with it (for example providing details to public health authorities);

(c) Your implied consent through using this website or any of our services, which means you accept how we may process your data. You

may withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data by contacting us when the law permits.

(d) When it is needed for our legitimate interests (or those of the third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations for example if we required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The company will retain usage data for internal analysis purposes.  This data is generally retained for a shorter period of time except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Information (Both domestically and internationally)

Your information, including personal data, is securely stored and processed at our operating offices and any other places where the parties involved in the processing of information are located. We may also transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide and adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission.

It is a requirement of law that we retain basic information about our customers including contact, identity, financial and transaction data for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes, unless a data audit intervenes. Regarding test results we will notify the local public health governing body and retain required data as stipulated by them.

We will always keep your personal data only for as long as required for the purposes set out in this privacy policy and your consent to this policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

  • Business transactions

If we​ are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred in the event it is being stored and processed still for the purposes set out in this policy.

  • Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (for example a court).

  • Third Party Affiliates

We may provide your personal data when it is reasonable to third party affiliates to improve our service.
