1. Membership Levels and Fees
MHF offers the following membership options:

2. Membership Benefits
- Priority Appointment Booking: Members receive priority access to available appointments.
- Free Annual Blood Test: Includes full biochemistry, haematology, and Vitamin D profile (valued at £160).
- Discounts: Members enjoy discounts on additional services such as Mantara and IV therapies (based on membership level).
- Reduced Consultation Fees: Members pay reduced fees for consultations not covered under their plan.
3. Fair Use Policy
- Members must use services reasonably and as intended for individual healthcare needs.
- Excessive usage (e.g., multiple daily consultations) may result in a review of membership benefits or additional fees.
- Unlimited consultations under Platinum Plus are subject to medical necessity and clinical appropriateness.
4. Membership Duration and Renewal
- Membership contracts are for 12 months from the date of payment.
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Renewal notices, including any changes to fees, will be sent prior to the renewal date.
5. Clinical Care
- MHF provides care aligned with best practices and guidelines issued by relevant governing bodies.
- Prescriptions for controlled substances are not provided.
- MHF is not a substitute for emergency services; members should call 999 for urgent care.
6. Availability
- MHF clinics operate within specified hours, and members are encouraged to remain registered with an NHS GP for out-of-hours care.
- Pathology tests, imaging, and medications are invoiced separately and are not included in membership fees.
7. Member Responsibilities
- Members must notify the clinic of any changes to contact details.
- It is the responsibility of members to adhere to prescribed treatments and attend scheduled appointments.
8. Changes to Membership Terms
- MHF reserves the right to alter, revoke, or add to these terms with prior notice to members.
19. Limitation of Services
- MHF does not provide surgical procedures, home visits, or A&E care.
- Services not explicitly mentioned in the membership plan are subject to additional charges.
10. Communication Preferences
Members may opt-out of receiving communications about new services, offers, or updates by informing the clinic in writing.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
